Dehydration When Traveling

Dehydration is one of the biggest challenges that we face when traveling!

We are chronically dehydrated when we DON’T travel – getting on a plane just makes it worse.

Water is needed for almost every biochemical reaction in your body, and if you don’t have enough, your body will compensate with whatever it can (other liquids) which may not leave you feeling your best.

I know that some people are just not fans of drinking water, so one option that I talk about in this video is adding a powdered supplement to your water to change the taste.

I use a whole food based supplement that adds additional magnesium (among other phytonutrients), a mineral that is typically deficient in our body.

Adding minerals helps promote the electrical conductivity needed for healthy nerve function among other signaling in your body to help you to feel your best.
